About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Wine Delivery Driver to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their wine orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver wine orders to customers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Manage the delivery process from start to finish, including loading and unloading the van
  • Ensure the van is maintained to a high standard and all compliance checks are carried out in a timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure seamless delivery operations

Requirements

  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA manual driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Be able and comfortable with carrying up to 18kg weight (equivalent of 2 wine boxes)
  • Excellent time-management, delegation and problem-solving skills
  • Be able to deliver exceptional customer experience & service to every single customer every time
