About the Role

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Support Professional to join our team at Changing Lives. As an Independent Living Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting young people (16-25 years) to develop their independent living skills and achieve a brighter future.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting young people in developing their life skills through workshops and signposting to external agencies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of young people's files and service files, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
  • Completing safeguarding training to deliver child protection and vulnerable adult responsibilities to the highest standard.

You will work closely with our Housing Management Worker to ensure that the premises are maintained to a high standard and meet all legal and statutory requirements.
