Job Description

Design Verification Engineer - UK Remote


We are seeking a talented Verification Engineer to join our team at Onyx-Conseil, a rapidly growing company in the field of security features utilizing CHERI technology.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our design team to understand and define verification requirements for security features.
  2. Develop and maintain verification plans, testbenches, and test scenarios using UVM methodology.
  3. Execute test plans and verify the correctness of hardware security features.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation meets design specifications and security requirements.
  5. Identify and debug issues found during verification and work to resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of hardware verification methodologies and tools.
  3. Experience with UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) for FPGA/ASIC verification.
  4. Familiarity with security features and protocols, such as CHERI, is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
  6. Knowledge of UK working rights.

Day-to-Day Activities
  1. Collaborate with the design team to understand and define verification requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain verification plans, testbenches, and test scenarios.
  3. Execute test plans and verify the correctness of hardware security features.
  4. Identify and debug issues found during verification and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  5. Communicate progress and findings to the cross-functional teams.

You must have UK working rights to be considered for the role.
