Lead Software Developer for Automotive Telematics

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Developer to join our team at SAF Holland Group. As a key member of our automotive telematics product line, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software for a variety of telematics applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software for commercial vehicle diagnostics and maintenance, fleet management, and other telematics applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets quality and performance standards
  • Develop and maintain software using C, with expertise in real-time, embedded, and multi-threaded systems
  • Implement Agile software development methodologies and Continuous Deployment
  • Work with UDP, TCP/IP, CAN, and MQTT networking communication protocols
  • Develop and maintain software architecture using AUTOSAR
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in embedded software development, product engineering, or software design
  • Expertise in software development for real-time, embedded, and multi-threaded systems
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Continuous Deployment
  • Experience with UDP, TCP/IP, CAN, and MQTT networking communication protocols
  • Experience working within a formal software development process
