Sales and Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Reach Active Limited. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. This includes establishing new client relationships and partnerships, and fostering business relationships to increase revenue from sales.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will also have experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop strategic approaches to identify potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network to set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/principals.
- Plan approaches and pitches that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Work with team to develop proposals that highlights the company's capabilities and services.
Requirements:
- Experience in a BDM role for a similarly sized organisation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent influencing, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience of bid-writing/tendering.
