Facilities Management Coordinator

We are looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team in Oxford. As a coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities management services.
The role involves coordinating the activities of various teams, including catering and cleaning staff, and working closely with area managers to discuss daily cleaning tasks and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to schedule and SLA.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the activities of various teams, including catering and cleaning staff
- Work closely with area managers to discuss daily cleaning tasks
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to schedule and SLA
Requirements:
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all staff across all sites
- Basic IT skills, preferably Microsoft Office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:00, with occasional weekend work. Salary: £13.79 per hour.
