Become a Care Team Leader and Make a Difference at HC-One

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and lead by example in delivering exceptional care.

About the Role:

  • As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care.
  • You will work closely with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies to improve the quality of care within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of care staff and ensure that all residents receive high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 3 in Adult Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience of working in elderly and dementia care.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
