About the Role:

Rubber Duck Cars is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team in Hull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive service to customers, projecting the quality image of the brand and the company.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • Achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a car sales executive.
  • Ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities while delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-motivated team player with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Minimum of 12 months successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
