Job Title: Modality Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Modality Specialist for the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) modality. This is a maternity cover position starting in March 2025 for one year.

The successful candidate will have extensive clinical experience working with children, young people, parents, and families, as well as significant experience providing modality-specific clinical supervision for mental health professionals in Child and Youth Mental Health (CYPMH) and Wellbeing Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality clinical supervision to mental health professionals
  • Leading training and development programs for CBT modalities
  • Collaborating with academic institutions to advance CBT practice

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CBT clinical supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience
