FM Workspace Expert Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FM Workspace Expert to join our team at Janire Business Solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality workspace management services to support our clients' business needs.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their workspace requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workspace management services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workspace needs.
  • Develop and implement customised workspace solutions.
  • Manage CAD and moves management processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree standard education in a related field.
  • CAD training and qualification.
  • Experience in budget development and management.
  • Management or leadership experience in a service lead environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on location).
