About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Performance Analyst to join our team at Penguin Recruitment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough site assessments and providing expert advice on building performance solutions. Your exceptional technical knowledge, combined with excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess relevant Air Tightness qualifications and have a deep understanding of test regulations and guidelines. Commercial awareness of Building Regulation and Construction Industry is also essential, as is your ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful recommendations.

You will be highly numerate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Up-to-date knowledge of IT software packages is necessary, along with a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include transporting equipment between the laboratory and test site, liaising with on-site contacts, and planning and designing test methodologies. You will also set up test equipment, collate and analyze data during testing, write reports, and provide remedial guidance when tests fail.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, flexible working hours, and an excellent company car.
