Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Bank Assistant Administrator to provide temporary administrative support to our Community Children's Nursing Admin Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing telephone queries, booking clinical appointments, and updating clinical records. They will also be required to undertake general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide information to others in a sensitive and supportive manner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to work bank shifts and support the local community. The role is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and the team is seeking people who are immediately available.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage telephone queries from health professionals and parents.
  • Book clinical appointments and send out appointment letters.
  • Update clinical records and data input.
  • Undertake general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Provide information to others in a sensitive and supportive manner.
Requirements
  • GCSEs Grade C or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
