    • Address any pastoral concerns and collaborate with parents, teachers, and external agencies as necessary.
  • Behaviour Management:
    • Promote and maintain high standards of behaviour and attendance.
    • Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour effectively.
    • Implement behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Leadership and Development:
    • Act as a role model for students, setting high expectations for conduct and achievement.
    • Lead and support form tutors in their roles.
    • Organize and participate in year group activities, assemblies, and events.
  • Communication:
    • Maintain clear and consistent communication with students, parents, and staff.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to pastoral care.

Requirements:
