At Founders Factory, we're on a mission to revolutionize the farming landscape through Regenerative Farming. As a Regenerative Farming Pioneer, you'll be working directly with Sven, the founder and CEO, to build a mission-driven venture from scratch. Your role will involve connecting with farmers, supporting product development, and driving business growth. If you're passionate about sustainability, AgTech, and tech for good, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt a human-centric approach to building technology, balancing the needs of farmers and agricultural regulations with business goals.
- Support farmers in navigating the platform and helping them achieve financial support.
- Support the end-to-end build process—designing, launching, and bringing new features to market on a no-low code product.
- Help build momentum in the business by driving product experiments, getting product feedback, and implementing them on our no/low code product.
- Spot opportunities by staying informed on the agtech and agricultural compliance landscape.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a startup environment or scrappy side projects.
- Efficiently manage your time and drive progress using lean methodologies, with a focus on moving faster and with confidence.
- Wear multiple hats across design, technology, product, and growth.
- Clearly communicate ideas, progress, and feedback to the team, continuously iterating on solutions.
- Ideally, you can produce no-code/low-code solutions to get products in the hands of users quickly.
