Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Venn Group. As a leading employment business and employment agency, we welcome applications from experienced professionals looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a Local Authority and a broad understanding of Housing Litigation. Duties may include:

  • Undertaking all aspects of legal work relating to Housing Litigation, including housing possessions, ASB, injunctions, homelessness, and housing disrepair
  • Liaising and working collaboratively with other legal representatives, as well as providing guidance to other staff
  • Preparing and managing a varied caseload in relation to Housing Management and supporting case preparation for court

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer who can work effectively in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of Housing Litigation law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
