Head of Culture and Behaviour

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Head of Culture and Behaviour. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the culture and ethos of our academy, working closely with students, staff, and parents to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing effective personal development, culture, and ethos within schools, with a deep knowledge of what constitutes effective teaching and learning. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish productive relationships with staff, students, and parents.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a culture that values respect, optimism, perseverance, and resilience. If you are a dedicated and driven individual who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of our students, we would love to hear from you.

As a member of our SLT, you will be responsible for line managing key staff and contributing to the development of teaching, learning, and assessment at the academy. You will also work closely with our governors and senior leaders to ensure that our students receive an outstanding educational experience.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance, access to the Teachers' Pension Scheme, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
