They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish productive relationships with staff, students, and parents.

As a member of our SLT, you will be responsible for line managing key staff and contributing to the development of teaching, learning, and assessment at the academy. You will also work closely with our governors and senior leaders to ensure that our students receive an outstanding educational experience.
The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
We offer a range of benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance, access to the Teachers' Pension Scheme, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
