This position requires physical strength, stamina, and a keen attention to detail as you work. You will collaborate closely with other tradespeople, project managers, and labourers, contributing to a cohesive work environment while managing your duties independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Constructing, erecting, and dismantling formwork systems for concrete structures.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
  • Measuring and cutting wood and other materials to specifications.
  • Ensuring formwork is level, aligned, and secure before pouring concrete.
  • Collaborating with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Conducting safety checks and adhering to all safety protocols on-site.
  • Maintaining tools and keeping work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in formwork construction.
