We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to support the Integrated Community Services management team in the High Peak locality.
This role will be based in the High Peak and will involve working with the management team, community nursing and therapy teams, and community response team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the General Manager and Integrated Community Team Leads in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including travel to sites in Derbyshire as required.
- Be competent and confident in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Effectively communicate with staff groups across Derbyshire via email, text, and telephone.
- Have day-to-day management responsibility for Integrated Community Team Administrators.
Our purpose is to provide community health services to a patient population of over one million people in Derbyshire and Derby, as part of Joined Up Care Derbyshire. We employ around 4,200 substantive staff, caring for patients in 11 community hospitals and more than 30 health centres, as well as in clinics, GP practices, schools, care homes, and increasingly, in people's own homes and via virtual consultations.
We have led the implementation of public vaccination centres in collaboration with partners across health and social care during the pandemic response.
This role will provide a responsible, supportive, and professional administrative and secretarial service to the Community Manager covering the High Peak Locality.
