Senior Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the Southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of brand ambassadors and fixed-term employees in the South
  • Motivate and develop your team through regular 1-1s and performance reviews
  • Develop and execute direct sales strategies to achieve KPIs
  • Strategize on the expansion of the Southern region, identifying new opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing teams of 15+ employees
  • Strong P&L cost management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to analyze data and trends to inform business decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
