About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tesco Colleague to join our team at the Scarborough Superstore. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Availability Window
We require our colleagues to be available to work during the following times:
• Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM • Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM • Saturday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Responsibilities
As a Tesco Colleague, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers
- Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas where required
- Putting into practice the training you have received to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
- Being knowledgeable about your store's performance and understanding the part you play in driving service and sales
