We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Automotive team as a Lecturer in Vehicle Body Repair and Refinishing.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and training to students in Motor Vehicle Body Repair and Paint Refinishing
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, colleagues, and industry partners
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

• SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) or equivalent qualification in Motor Vehicle Body Repair or Paint Refinishing
• Assessor training qualifications
• Evidence of continuous professional development
• Up-to-date industry experience in Motor Vehicle Body Repair or Paint Refinishing
• Relevant experience of training/mentoring trainees in Automotive working

• Oral and written communication skills
• Able to work on own initiative and without supervision
• The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• IT literacy
