Support Students with Diverse Learning Needs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant school community in Newham. Our school prides itself on creating an inclusive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with diverse learning needs in and out of the classroom.
  • Foster independence and confidence in learners.
  • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualised education plans.
  • Build positive relationships with students, encouraging their personal and academic development.

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring and patient individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential.

Requirements:
