Care Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Care Practitioner to join our team at Choice Care, one of the UK's leading residential care providers. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
">The successful candidate will work on a 5-hour contract, with a competitive salary of £52 per hour (in line with legal provisions for minimum wage differences based on age). This role involves shift work and weekends on a rota basis, but don't worry - we have a range of working patterns to suit your needs
]- Providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and help with feeding
- Following care plan guidance and Company policies and procedures
- Attending and completing training, as required
As a Positive Behaviour Specialist, you will be responsible for upholding high standards of Positive Behaviour Support in line with policy and practice. You will also develop and maintain a special interest in recovery-based approaches and support for people with learning disabilities and/or mental health difficulties.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be patient, reliable, flexible, a team player, and a good communicator. You will also require Learning Academy qualifications in Adult Care Work Level 2 and Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3.
