Fawkes and Reece is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor for our Surrey office.

This role involves producing financial reports, managing contracts, and advising on procurement strategies.

  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate tracking of project costs through detailed financial reports.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee contract changes, process valuations, and manage final accounts.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
  • Value Engineering: Provide expert advice on procurement strategies to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Client Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project success.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience working with bespoke housing developers.
  • Deep understanding of industry best practices and standards.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Technical expertise.
