HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at H Squared Talent Ltd. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Performance Management: You will be involved in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will support managers in performance evaluation, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: You will serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. You will also ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.
- Training and Development: You will identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs to support employee growth and development.
- HR Systems and Administration: You will be responsible for the administration and management of our HR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
- Experience: You will have experience in a similar role with a track record of success in HR functions.
- Certifications: You will hold a CIPD level 4 qualification.
- Skills: You will have excellent knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and functions. You will also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Personality: You will be personable, approachable, and enjoy communicating with people at all levels.
