We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Activity Leader to join our team at Lazer Lions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading children's activities and providing a fun and engaging experience for our young participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead groups of children in various activities, including sports, games, and creative pursuits.
  • Develop and implement engaging activity plans that cater to different age groups and abilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians, ensuring their children have a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality events and activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, adhering to our company's safeguarding policies.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with children and helping them develop new skills and confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative activity plans.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desirable qualifications include childcare certifications, first aid training, and experience working with children in a teaching or coaching role.
