Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Power Electronics Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience in power electronics and magnetics, especially in power conversion (e.g., inverters, OBC, DC/DC, chargers)
  • Design and Testing: Proven experience from concept design to validation testing and production. Familiar with high voltage, high power switching devices (SiC, IGBT, GaN), and related testing methods
  • Standards and Compliance: Understanding of EMC submissions, safety standards, and OEM requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital control schemes, motor operation, and thermal management
  • Project Leadership: Strong track record in planning, leading, and delivering large, multidisciplinary projects
  • Problem Solving: Methodical approach to decision making and problem solving (e.g., DDR, 8D)
Desirable Skills:
  • Sector Experience: Experience in automotive, aerospace, off-highway, commercial vehicle, defence, clean energy, and/or marine sectors
  • High Voltage Lab: Experience with high power, high voltage test equipment in a dedicated lab setting
  • Customer Interaction: Excellent customer-facing skills and cultural awareness. Ability to mentor and train colleagues and customer engineers
