Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an HLTA to lead small group activities, develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with SEMH needs and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons and curriculum programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
