Job Summary:

As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out installations and servicing maintenance on various commercial contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical information to clients
  • Inspecting refrigeration systems
  • Diagnosing faulty equipment
  • Service and maintenance of refrigeration units (VRF systems, chillers, heat pumps)
  • Installation of refrigeration units
  • Managing PPM, day works, statutory compliance, and call-outs as appropriate
Requirements:
  • Time-served refrigeration engineer - HNC Level
  • F Gas certification
  • Previous experience within FM environment
  • Driving license
  • Electrical knowledge (desirable)

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
