Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support clients with their medication, including administration and monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the Alcedo Care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • UK driving licence and access to a car.
