Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pipeline Engineering Lead to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pipeline engineering solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Execute assigned scopes of work, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of pipeline engineering projects.
  • Team Leadership: Support and supervise task delegation to team members, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Discipline Expertise: Provide technical expertise to the business, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Process Ownership: Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline-specific procedures, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications: Possess a Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional qualification, and be a Chartered Engineer or recognized equivalent.
Requirements
  • Technical Competence: Be technically competent in pipeline engineering, with current knowledge of industry and technology developments.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
