About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at General Mills. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for executing market supply planning strategies, including service, inventory, and DDF (waste) ownership for specific brand/country combinations within Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market supply planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of stock based on demand insights.
  • Collaborate closely with market and factory supply chain teams to minimize shortage risks and proactively communicate risks to sales and customer collaboration.
  • Manage stock policy and shelf life to ensure service and reduce product waste.
  • Measure, track, and analyze supply chain key performance indicators and develop action plans to drive performance improvements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply planning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP and able to communicate effectively across teams.
  • Proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus.
