We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Iff Talent.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes, procedures, and systems. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies and plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

You will also be responsible for analysing and interpreting financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and providing recommendations to senior management. Additionally, you will develop and maintain financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing SME company that is highly acquisitive and growing organically. You will have the chance to work with a talented and experienced team of finance professionals and contribute to the company's continued success.

Requirements:
  1. Several years of experience in financial planning & analysis and commercial finance, ideally with some exposure to either creating a function or enhancing/improving/developing additional FP&A capabilities, processes, models and systems within established functions.
  2. A qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
  5. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial planning and analysis software. Advanced level in Excel and exposure to ERP systems.
