Heavy Plant Workshop Manager Opportunity

We are working with a leading Civil Engineering company with a nationwide presence, seeking a Heavy Plant Workshop Manager to support their growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the plant sector, with a technical understanding of large machinery. As a proven Workshop/Foreman/Supervisory/Service Manager, you will have overseen warranties, damages out, service contracts, and more. You will be commercially minded and understand customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Mobile Engineers, Workshop Engineers, and Service Controllers to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage standard processes within the Service department, including warranties, damages out, service contracts, H&S, lead times, and third-party contract management.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
