Key Responsibilities:


As an Electrical Design Engineer at Unify, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, Coordinating, Managing, and Overseeing the Design Stages and Technical Development of new and existing projects.
  • Integrating into the Company Culture and Needs from the onset, working closely with the team to achieve project goals.
  • Managing and Leading Electrical Design Projects in various disciplines, including M+E, fabric, and specialist elements.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Organizational Skills to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in CDM Projects in Construction and Building Services, with a focus on complex and technically challenging environments.
  • Previous Management Capacity in a multi-skilled work environment, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Analytical Skills to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Electrical Bias with Formal Qualifications to C&G or HND standards, with experience in AutoCAD and drawing package software.
  • BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), C&G Design, Erection, and Verification (2396), and other relevant certifications.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Numeracy and Commercial Awareness to manage budgets and resources effectively.
