We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused General Manager to lead our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a key player in our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School daily operations, including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail and vending department, private party operations, and workplace employee activities.
  • Manage the staff of GSS to ensure high productivity, excellent performance, and positive employee satisfaction.
  • Provide sales and marketing training to all qualified sales staff.
  • Gain knowledge and experience in the Links software to achieve a high level of competence in bookings, class scheduling, reporting, and administrative functions.

**Salary Range:**

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
