The Director of Product Supply will lead our global product supply, including domestic and import, as well as vendor management teams, proactively vetting new manufacturers and vendors to meet our business needs while managing our current supplier matrix. This role will collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Development, Sales, and Compliance to develop a global category strategy that delivers superior quality, cost, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global product supply strategies to meet business objectives
  • Lead vendor management teams to ensure supplier performance meets quality, safety, and delivery requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute supplier commodity strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing and terms
  • Foster strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure product and service standards are met or exceeded
  • Research and develop new partnerships with suppliers to support strategic objectives
  • Drive process improvements and change management within the product supply function

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years leading a sourcing, product supply, or procurement team with proven people and project management skills
  • Exceptional management and people leadership skills, with a proven record of effectively leading in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Innovative and creative mindset, passionate about building and creating
  • Effective project management skills and experience, including the ability to articulate goals and objectives, manage projects independently, and network and utilize internal and external resources
  • Attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks
  • Willingness to dive in and help where needed

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
