Experienced Bartender Wanted

We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team at Falmouth Exeter Plus, working in our bar on the Penryn Campus.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.

1. Preparing Food and Drinks: Prepare a range of dishes and drinks using fresh ingredients, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
3. Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and storage spaces, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts and events.

• Competitive Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
