Job Description

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to make a real impact on our company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering a comprehensive learning and development program that empowers our team members to continuously deliver exceptional results;
  • Thinking progressively about how we can achieve our ambitious company goals through equipping our amazing employees with the right tools to achieve their goals;
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and developing training programs to address them;
  • Creating development programs that empower the team to continuously overdeliver and deliver 7-star experiences across business areas;
  • Identifying and driving synergies across business functions.

About You

We are looking for an experienced business manager with a strong track record of achievement in talent management and employee engagement. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead our team. Additionally, you should have a high sense of urgency, be proactive, and take ownership of everything you do. A UK work permit is also required.
