As a Customer Delivery Driver at Tesco, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of physical activity, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer shopping trips in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that the van and trays are clean and organized
Load the van as required and check the van for roadworthiness
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer complaints and issues in a fair and respectful manner

Requirements

A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers on a daily basis
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
