About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lounge Chef de Rang to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the Pavyllon Restaurant and Lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant team to provide impeccable service to guests
  • Understand and implement Four Seasons' quality standards in food presentation, beverage, and service
  • Become knowledgeable on menus, ingredients, and beverages within our outlets
  • Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant and lounge
