The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced chef to lead our culinary team and develop innovative menu concepts that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement menu plans that showcase seasonal ingredients and culinary expertise;

Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional service standards;

Collaborate with our procurement team to source high-quality ingredients and suppliers;

Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen;

Monitor and manage kitchen budgets to ensure efficient cost control.
