We are a leading civil engineering contractor operating across the Midlands, seeking an ambitious Site Manager to join our team.

This role would suit a highly skilled site management professional with experience in civil engineering, looking to further their career within a successful company.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of site supervisors and workers on various projects
  • Ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards in a timely manner
  • Liaising with customers, engineers, and project managers to achieve project goals
  • Ensuring adherence to quality, health and safety, and environmental procedures
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Construction / Civil Engineering
  • CSCS Card
  • SSSTS / SMSTS
  • First Aid training
  • Experience working in a supervisory role in a civil engineering environment
  • Competency in tasks such as deep and shallow drainage, highway construction, and reinstatements
  • IT competency
