Candidate Source, a well-established national IT solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to develop new business and existing accounts, taking ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 basic, with an OTE year 1 of £45,000. Additionally, you can expect uncapped commission, 20 days holiday (increasing to 25) + public holidays, on-site car parking, and company social events.
Job Description
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to develop new business and existing accounts. This includes making cold calls to win new business, taking ownership of the sales cycle, and ensuring successful deal closure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have recent B2B sales experience, ideally in IT sales. You must be driven, motivated, and full of ideas, with a strong ability to work independently.
