About this role:

As a Barista at Costa Coffee, you will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for crafting great coffee that hits the spot every time, serving customers with a smile, and soaking up all there is to know about Costa products.

What you will do:

  • Craft great coffee that meets the highest standards
  • Serve customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of Costa products, including teas, frappes, and seasonal ranges
  • Work with your team to maintain health and safety and cleanliness across the store

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for coffee and people, a positive outlook, and a can-do attitude. You will also need excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
