About the Role:

  • This position involves assessing and maintaining mechanical heating and cooling systems within our institution, conducting site visits, carrying out tests and inspections, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £39,004 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including 23% pension contribution and 45 days holiday per year.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assessing and maintaining mechanical heating and cooling systems, working effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in HVAC engineering, preferably with experience in assessment and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
