Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Recruitment Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth through effective stock management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
- Lead a team of sales assistants and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
- Collaborate with the head office team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Train and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
