Salary

We offer a competitive salary ranging from £12.00-13.00 per hour, depending on your location. This is a great opportunity to earn a good income while doing something you love.

About the Role

As a Costa Barista, your day-to-day tasks will include crafting high-quality coffee that provides a memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for making drinks using sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk, topped with our signature art. We expect you to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and excited about their next visit.

  • Crafting great coffee that meets our high standards
  • Serving customers with a smile and providing excellent customer service
  • Learning about Costa products, including teas, frappes, seasonal ranges, and more
  • Maintaining health and safety and cleanliness across the store
  • Working collaboratively with your team to achieve our goals
