As a Community Lending Professional at Enterprise Bank & Trust, you will play a critical role in driving our mission to support local communities through innovative mortgage solutions.

About the Job

This position involves developing strong relationships with customers and prospects to drive loan originations and cross-selling opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leveraging our CRM system, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Prospect for new loans through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Cross-sell financial products to qualified prospects, leveraging your knowledge of banking services and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to track customer engagement and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Analyze credit reports and determine eligibility for various loan programs.
  • Become an expert on real estate agent partnerships, including nurturing leads and participating in industry networking events.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Promote community involvement in homeownership initiatives and borrower engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, sales, marketing, or business-related field.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Salary and Benefits:
