We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our training team as a Tutor Trainer. This is an exciting opportunity to share your skills and knowledge with the next generation of mechanical fitters.

This role is ideal for Toolmakers with significant experience in the manufacturing industry who are looking to make a career change into training and education. You will be working in a state-of-the-art training facility with a supportive team to deliver both standardised and bespoke training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver apprenticeship and training courses
  • Assess and evaluate learner progress
  • Develop and maintain training materials
  • Work collaboratively with the training team

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Significant experience in toolmaking in a manufacturing environment
